As part of the First-Year Experience (FYE) and Second-Year Experience (SYE), the 访问计划 offers a comprehensive approach to student success that focuses on academic coaching/advising, tutoring, career counseling and developing a meaningful connection to 太阳城娱乐, all of which lead to student retention. 访问计划获得了全国学术咨询协会（NACADA） 2019年杰出咨询计划奖-优异证书和佛罗里达州学术咨询协会（FLACADA） 2019年示范实践奖。

Support the academic transition of 学生 to 太阳城娱乐 through the co-facilitation of a learning strategies course and through individualized coaching

Peer Academic Coaches make personalized recommendations regarding campus resources; 通过鼓励参与校园和社区活动； by facilitating study, time management, and other academic success skills; and, by modeling responsible and healthy decision making
