University Volunteer Policies

To begin the Volunteering Process, please email leadandserve@fau.edu to obtain the Human Resource form. All interested volunteers must have a completed background check to volunteer on the 太阳城娱乐 campuses.

Volunteer Risk Waiver (For 太阳城娱乐 and Non-太阳城娱乐 Volunteers)

Volunteer Registration (For 太阳城娱乐 and Non-太阳城娱乐 Category One Volunteers)
This form is to be completed by all Category One Volunteers.

Parent/Guardian Authorization for the Treatment of Minors
This form is to be completed by a parent or guardian of all Category One and Category Two volunteers who are minors.

Academic Service-Learning Risk Waiver
This form is a risk waiver that must be signed by all 太阳城娱乐 students completing an Academic Service-Learning project as part of their course.
