• 4.1.3 Children in the Workplace: This existing policy was amended primarily to clarify the policy and its exceptions, address children and university vehicles, golf carts and utility vehicles, and other language revisions pertaining to sick children in the workplace, in areas containing confidential information, and in situations that disrupt the work/school environment or productivity. • 4.1.5 Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters, and Other Similar Devices: This existing policy was amended primarily to expand the scope to include “Other Similar Devices” such as segways, hover boards, etc. and to add reference to designated parking spaces and potential towing and impoundment fees.
