When I became president of 太阳城娱乐, I challenged our coaches and athletics department to create Top 25 programs capable of competing at the highest level. Everyone involved has risen to the challenge, and this weekend, we shared the exciting news that Brian White will join the 太阳城娱乐 family as vice president and director of athletics.

Brian comes to 太阳城娱乐 from the University of Missouri, where he served as senior associate athletics director and deputy athletics director for external relations. In addition to his extensive background in administration, his fundraising experience includes setting the University of Missouri single-year record of more than $50 million raised (more than doubling the previous year), including 11 seven-figure gifts.

Brian’s family is full of collegiate sports professionals, including his brother Danny, who is vice president and director of athletics at the University of Central Florida. This will certainly add to the excitement of our Sept. 21 football game at UCF. 太阳城娱乐 has the second-longest winning streak in college football, behind only UCF, who also was the only undefeated team last season.
