It’s almost time for the 2019 太阳城娱乐 President’s Gala! Carolyn and I hope you will join us on Saturday, April 6 at 7 p.m. at 太阳城娱乐 Stadium for this wonderful annual event. This year we are celebrating the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science, which is dedicated to launching the scientific discoveries of tomorrow through world-class research institutes, outstanding academic opportunities and engagement with the community.

The evening will begin with a walk down the red carpet, where a photographer will be waiting. You may even appear in a future issue of Palm Beach Illustrated magazine! The Gala also will feature handcrafted, liquid nitrogen-infused cocktails at the Molecular Bar; a Seafood Galaxy; an Orbital Dessert Station; and stellar entertainment, including a dazzling Big Bang fireworks display.

I always look forward to the annual gala, which gives us an opportunity to celebrate our successes over the past year while raising funds for student scholarships. Your attendance will help us provide the highest caliber of research, scientific innovation and education in the country.
