2025-2026
- December 12, 2025 - Promotion and Tenure cases due to University P&T Committee via Interfolio
- January 9, 2026 - Non-tenure Track Promotion cases due to Provost via Interfolio
- March 2026 - University P&T Committee recommendations due to Provost
- April 2026 - Provost recommendations due to President
- May/June 2026 - President Certifies to BOT that all procedures in UR 5.006 have been followed
