  • Reserve as much in advance as possible to being able to secure the time slot you need
  • Allow enough time for your specific experimental procedure without overbooking
  • Be mindful and courteous to your colleagues who also need to use the space or equipment
    • Do NOT book lengthy periods of time without really needing this time
    • If schedule change, release the time as soon as you become aware of the change
  • Leave the space/equipment in the state you found it and clean up after yourself
