• Individual Counseling
  • One-on-one sessions with a clinician
• Psychiatric Services
  • Manage medications or get started on medications
    • Typically need referral by a provider from CAPS and/or Student Health Services
• Group Therapy
  
  • Process Groups focus on here-and-now sharing, communication, and interactions.
  • Support Groups for those with similar characteristics who give and receive support.
  • Skill-Based Groups are designed to teach & offer skills practices
